How do I reserve a session?

Choose a service or send a custom request with the preferred date, location, group size, vision, and budget. Lindsay confirms the plan, price, and availability before the date is reserved. Fixed session types may also offer online scheduling when a matching booking calendar is configured.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Rescheduling is handled through direct conversation. The deposit moves to the new date. If no suitable date is available, the deposit is refunded.

Is travel included?

The first 50 driving miles from East Greenbush are included. Travel beyond that is charged at $0.75 per extra round-trip mile.

What photographs will I receive?

Every package includes all professionally edited, usable images from the session. Test shots, duplicates, accidental captures, and technically unusable images are excluded.

How are photographs delivered?

Finished photographs are delivered through a private Pixieset gallery with at least 90 days to view, share, and download the images. Clients receive personal print rights for delivered photographs.

When will photographs be delivered?

Portraits, families, seniors, maternity, headshots, and branding: 24–72 hours. Newborn sessions: 3–5 days. Events: 3–7 days. Weddings and elopements: 1–3 weeks.

Can I request RAW files?

RAW files may be requested for an added fee, starting at $50 for portrait sessions. They are unedited, delivered as-is, and may require specialized software.

Can I edit or share delivered photographs?

Clients may crop or resize delivered photographs for personal use. Filters, major re-edits, watermark removal, and AI alterations require permission.

Will my photographs appear in the portfolio?

Clients choose Yes, No, or Ask First before Lindsay uses photographs on the website, social media, or other marketing.

Where are sessions held?

Session locations are confirmed during the booking or inquiry process. Lindsay is based in East Greenbush, New York.
